3 Easy Steps To Get Funded

Step 1: Submit Loan Request Form for Pre-Approval
- Click on the Get Financing link and submit your loan request
- We will quickly determine if it’s a good fit
- Once you are pre-approved, we will quickly move to Step 2
Step 2: Upload Loan Application Documents for Loan Approval
- Complete the loan application
- Submit requested borrower, property and entity documents
- Our in-house underwriters will evaluate your project and if approved will send you a Loan Commitment Letter (Term Sheet)
Step 3: Get Funded and Start your Project
- Once our review is complete, the closing can be scheduled
- We will fund the purchase at the closing
- The construction loan will be available for draws immediately after your close
